Tamtron services scales at its factory in Tampere, Finland. Before sending the scale for service we recommend contacting service personnel either by calling for service tel. +358 3 3143 5030 or by sending an e-mail to service@tamtron.com Many faults and problems can be rectified by phone or e-mail.

At the factory, we are also able to calibrate scales up to 100,000 kg.

When you are sending the scale to Tamtron for service, please fill in and print above service form attached to the package or send the form in advance by e-mail to the address service@tamtron.com.
