Tamtron grows in the Nordic countries by acquisition of Danish company Jydsk Vægtfabrik A/S

Tamtron is expanding its Nordic operations with the acquisition of Jydsk Vægtfabrik A/S, a Danish company specialising in the resale, installation, calibration and maintenance of weighing solutions. The acquisition is part of Tamtron’s growth strategy and will strengthen Tamtron’s position in the Nordic region.

Jydsk Vægtfabrik is the second Nordic weighing company acquired by Tamtron within a year. With last year’s acquisition of Scaleit AS in Norway and this acquisition, Tamtron continues its steady international growth and strengthens its position, especially in the Nordic countries.

In recent years, the acquisition will further increase the company’s share of international business.
