Tamtron One Power Log Handler scale is developed for quality verification and management of wood material flows, with the ability to accurately and quickly weigh wood material in motion. Tamtron One Power Log Handler Scale weighs wood material during lifting, normal movement and loading of materials. The scale facilitates the management of the wood material flow and accelerates operations by transferring the weighing information to ERP and other systems within sawmills and wood chipping plants in real time. With the Tamtron One Power Log Handler Scale real time information on the quality and quantity of the wood is constantly available to the business.
ONE POWER COMBINES A USER-FRIENDLY DISPLAY WITH MODERN DATA TRANSFER FEATURES
The new One Power system has been developed to better support customer processes. Usability as well as reliability, accuracy and durability, has been absolute requirements that have not been compromised when developing One Power scales, including One Power Log Handler scale.
Tamtron’s One Power Log Handler Scales are, similarly to other One Power scales, equipped with a One display that is even more reliable, durable and user friendly than older Power has been. The One display has an IP 67 protection class, which protects the monitor from, for example, moisture and dirt. Further, in addition to more traditional ways of transferring the data, all One Power Scales are possible to connect them to Tamtron’s cloud services to ensure that data travels in real-time. Integration to customers ERP solution is also made possible.
